I've taken another go at this, but without success.

I was able to get it running, though not exposed to the network (TrueCharts docker-compose is a mess - you have to figure stuff out by yourself). It might be worthwhile to just spin up a container for apps that don't need much data (though I would expect a chat server to take up quite some space).
